Sessions from SpaceUp Kansas 2013

Sessions from SpaceUp Kansas 2013
SpaceUp Kansas is a space unconference where people in the midwest talk space! Participants will decide the topics, schedule, and structure of the event. Everyone who attends SpaceUp Kansas is encouraged to give a talk, moderate a panel, or start a discussion. Sessions are proposed and scheduled on the day they’re given, which means the usual “hallway conversations” turn into full-fledged topics.
SpaceUp Kansas was first held at the Cosmosphere in April 2012. You will be amazed at what comes out of a SpaceUp. Based on similar unconferences in other industries, you might see businesses started, problems solved, projects kicked off, plans hatched, and amazing friendships born.
In the heart of the Midwest, a national treasure awaits discovery. The Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center - a world-renowned, Smithsonian-Affiliated museum - allows visitors to experience the thrill of space exploration. It is the world’s second largest collection of US space artifacts, after the Smithsonian Institution, and the largest collection of Russian space artifacts outside Moscow!
Even if you can't make it to SpaceUp Kansas, its well worth a visit to the Cosmosphere!
